Delivery / collection:

We can only process orders for delivery within Egypt. You may opt for the Products to either be delivered to your address.

When you opt for delivery, please note that delivery charges and timescales are as per the following:

Charges:

-Order value less than 999 EGP, the shipping fees will be 50 EGP only.

-Order value over than 999 EGP, shipping will be for free.

Timescales: -Local orders (Egypt only): 3-5 calendar days.

Return Policy:

We do accept returns for all products except for panties, bikinis, one piece swimming suit, & Accessories. As long as the products still have the tag and in the same condition you received it with and within 14 days from the day of receiving the order. You can always contact our customer service for further support.
